La Voisinette is a beautiful renovated stone house, full of character and authentic charm on the banks of the river Ouche. The house is situated in a private courtyard with no through traffic.

Situated in a quiet and green area, the gîte offers the perfect balance between comfort and rustic living. Inside, you will find an attractive interior that seamlessly matches the exterior: cosy, well-maintained and equipped with all modern conveniences.

You enter into a spacious area with the entrance hall and kitchen. A large alcove leads to the living and dining room. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a large landing with two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.

The entire house is available for your use. There is also a garden next to the house and a terrace by the river. Please note that it is not suitable for small children as there is no fence around the terrace.

You can park your car in the courtyard.
