Le Petit Moulin

Le Petit Moulin is an old watermill, full of character and authentic charm, located on the banks of the river Ouche. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Situated in a quiet and green area, the gîte offers the perfect balance between comfort and rustic living. Inside, you will find an attractive interior: cosy, well-maintained and equipped with all modern conveniences.

It is a cosy little house with 2 bedrooms. You enter into an open plan living room and kitchen. From the living room, you can access the two small bedrooms and the bathroom.

The entire house is available for your use. There is also a small garden next to the house with some fresh herbes. 

Please note that there is access to the river Ouche everywhere, and therefore it may not be suitable for small children.

You can park your car next to the house.
